The place was great value, neat, had outstanding staff and rooms. It was set near bars and restaurants. Besides, the area was central, next to Revue Japan. Lovely view of ocean.

Enviable location, nice pool. I loved that an electric kettle and a refrigerator were provided in the double room. The breakfast was perfect with fruits and salads, for instance. Fast check in and superb service throughout my stay. The hotel was majestic, but I stayed for 4 nights only.

Staff was experienced, the packed breakfast was super. There was an astonishing restaurant, shops and the markets next door. Plus I reached a 600m - long market in 20 minutes by foot. Thank you very much, I had really amazing stay.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Osaka. Marvellous breakfast, SUPERB facilities and incredible staff. Clearly a nicely designed hotel in an awesome location. Bar was pretty inviting.

my experience was pleasant enough, everything was immaculate. breakfast had savoury choices, including bread, cereal and yoghourt, sadly i were in a hurry and didn't try all of it. you could walk to a mall and the markets. besides, it was great to be 5 mins walk from hozenji temple. the bus stop was 5 minutes' walk away.

Ideal location, the restaurant was elegant and the service was outstanding. Nice and healthy food. I loved twin room I booked, it was normal double. Terrific people were working here.
Disappointing aspect was dirty bathroom.

The staff were fabulous, the breakfast was satisfactory and everything was fab. I thoroughly enjoyed the standard twin room. Incredible service too. Its location was unbeatable, right by subway station, 2 underground stations.

I loved it, and I found the staff VERY ATTENTIVE. The rooms were spacious enough and immaculate. Breakfast was complimentary especially the cereal, yogurt and fresh bread. It was a functional hotel in a busy area.
